You can download data to the system database or a single file with extension of SVF.
You have the option to choose in the download dialog:
The benefit of saving data to the database is the data are appended to the database identified by the session setup time. For example, if the logger is running in FIFO mode, you can have endless of data saved under the same session.
The benefit of saving data to the SVF is you can change equation to modify the data and you can combine multiple graphs in one plot view.
